Stay Upgraded is an independent booking assistance service. We connect travelers with independent luxury travel advisors who participate in preferred partner-style programs at participating hotel properties.
We are not a hotel, hotel chain, booking engine, or online travel agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any hotel brand or chain. All hotel brand names and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.
Nature of the Service
When you submit an inquiry, Stay Upgraded facilitates a connection between you and an independent travel advisor. That advisor — not Stay Upgraded — is responsible for the booking, any confirmed perks, and communication related to your stay.
Stay Upgraded acts as a referral and matching service only. We are not party to any booking or contract between you and the advisor or the hotel.
No Guarantee of Perks or Rates
Benefits described on this website — including but not limited to complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, hotel credits, early check-in, and late checkout — are available at many participating luxury properties but are not guaranteed for all bookings.
Availability of specific perks is subject to:
- The property's participation in relevant preferred partner programs
- Availability at time of booking and check-in
- Confirmation by the assigned travel advisor before you commit
Rates are not confirmed until your travel advisor provides a written quote. Stay Upgraded makes no representations about pricing.
User Responsibilities
By submitting an inquiry, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have the authority to make travel decisions for any guests included in your inquiry
You agree not to submit false, misleading, or abusive inquiries, or to use this site for any unlawful purpose.
